The pay was alright and hours were good

It provided a small unsafe work environment, people there fued over trivial things like what to get for lunch, I was fired when I said I wanted to contact human resources about an issue over supervisor forgettingto write down that I was given time off to attend my sons graduation (although I had it documented) , no one knows what anyone is doing so they cant work together, management likes to talk to employees like they are stupid

- Good place to learn - Company takes risk in using new technologies - Limited use of subcontractors - Flexible hours

- High pressure - Very short term vision - Frequent priority changes - Few benefits for employees (and HR not opened to any changes)
