Messed up leadership post Citibank acquisition, no clear vision and leadership lacks co-ordination. HR is mostly dormant when it comes to recruitment and training of employees (specially AVP and above). The only job HR does seriously in this bank is to enforce bell curve during appraisals. CEO is chasing some unrealistic targets and felt in last 3 years that employee in mid to senior level are unnecessary wasting time in monthly reviews (they call it AOP) by creating long presentations on which the CEO spends hardly 10-5 minutes, like every month, super waste of productive time.
