Loved working at Axis Dental! Excellent staff and excellent work environment!

Only con was that the need for dental was high, so having more dental providers would be ideal.

The best thing about this place is the great people you can get to know and build bonds with. Also, the experience to move on to better opportunities.

Management is the worst. No matter how much advocating you do for yourself just know the answer will always be “no”. At first, management makes it seem like your job is one thing then they start to pile all of the work they don’t want to do on their employees and will micro manage you. If you go to upper management there is no confidentiality so information disclosed is not safe and you will likely be retaliated against. There is no room for advancement unless you’re willing to put in many years as managers and directors are promoted based on years served and not competency.
