Great flexibility and time off options

None that I can think of at this time other than too picky

Fellow employees are great to work with. There is sometimes flexibility to work from home. There are new things to do/learn everyday. You'll never be bored or stuck doing the same thing every single day.

It is a tight ship run from the top where ingenuity and creativity do not thrive. Micromanaging style to the point where there is a common feeling of distrust amongst team members. Assumption is you did not work or were doing nothing if it is unclear about what you accomplished that day, that question isn't asked. One language is spoken, money. Your only value to the company is how much revenue you generated/prevented from being lost only. Get any promises of compensation in writing and hold management to that. Was promised a bonus plan within 30 days, brought it up 5 months later met with resistance. Never saw 1 bonus in the 1+ year I was there.
