The people are smart, kind, and deeply collaborative. Everyone is aligned around the same values, and that alignment shows up in how decisions are made, how teammates treat each other, and how the company handles hard moments.

Honestly, it's hard to find real cons. Like any high-growth startup, things move fast and priorities can shift but that's part of the energy, not a flaw. If you want a slow, predictable environment, this might feel intense. I personally loved it.
