      Zero training, low pay, no direction, a confused staff, I was put into a role on the local air base, they did not bother to check if I would get trained for a very complex role. I had none. I was put into a position that did not match the description, I made a comment that the women in the company were making as well, and was let go because there is open discrimination against men in this company.

      - Get to work at AFRL on some cool projects - Excellent work/life balance - Wonderful work colleagues and staff - Encourage contracting scientists to present at professional conferences and to publish in peer-reviewed journals. - An excellent start to be hired as a civilian scientist at the lab.

      Svantaggi

      - Keep in mind that the projects are contracts, so no guarantee that they will be renewed. - Pay is not as high as your typical industry job, but the benefits even the compensation out.

      I could not find any up-side to being employed by Azimuth. Thus, they were bought-out by one of their competitors.
