Bad environment - Recensione dipendente - Senior Low Code Engineer presso BABEL

The environment was awful. I had the worst Project Manager. He was sooo incompetent to the point where the client asked the developers things and ignoring the "Manager" that was the person responsible of taking the customer notes. I worked 4 month with them and the PM would ask me to work 60hrs a week to maintain his bad schedule. How can you promise the client that we will present functions on the next monday if it's friday at 12. And call me to make it posible at the same friday at 6pm? Simply quit after 3 times this happened.
