They hire from a wide range of backgrounds (not restricted to just computer science degrees etc) so no expectation to know much at the beginning but do expect you to learn as you go. Colleagues are very friendly and really good at their job, they are willing to help the less experienced new joiners. The work is challenging and enjoyable, time flies so quickly! Overall, the company is a great place!

Workload isn’t weighing me down but it is a lot more than I expected for a new joiner. Even though I was put onto a project fairly quickly, I know some new joiners who having been waiting on the bench for a VERY long time... IT help is not as efficient as it could be; helpdesk is so busy that it is difficult when you have IT issues.
