The Head Office do not care about their staff one bit, the main Manager of Bardot is so rude, speaks to you with no respect, puts a LOT of pressure on all staff including managers. VERY HIGH turnover, never seen anything like it! No real training or guidance for new starters you basically have to learn yourself or from another team member as some of the Managers just don't care. No real career progression, and even if there was an opportunity in Head Office from the people I have dealt with from there I wouldn't want to work with people of that nature. A lot of empty promises.
