Dispose of employees - Recensione dipendente - Data Entry presso BASIC pacific

I was hired for a temp to hire data entry position. I was told the first day I was doing really well. On my 4th day, 180 degree turnaround and they just let me go saying I "made too many mistakes". Who is fail proof after just 4 days of work with minimal training? They don't want to spend time training or correcting you. They want an experienced person for minimal pay. Had 3 interviews. Phone screen and 2 in person. Felt like an utter waste of time. Pay is also so-so for what they expect of you.
