Always good to have guys looking at coming back, and we see it often. Would have hoped for a better result than 3/5 tho :-). Definitely don't believe that BBD can offer a career to all and sometimes moving on is a really good thing. Would just caution that our recruitment is incredibly linked to what we see in the market and internally and we are a little cautious of bringing senior guys back in as we have to look at giving the step up opportunities to people within the company first. gus
