No HR intervention - Recensione dipendente - State-Registered Trainee Appraiser presso BBG, Inc.

Less than 2 months in, multiple people from my training class had been let go. I was let go with NO warning and no prior meetings. After reaching out to HR, they told me that the man who led our training in Dallas remembered me and would love for me to join his team... Yet they had no concern about my current boss letting me go out of the blue. I asked if he provided them any reasoning as to my termination and they said no. I'm extremely disappointed at how that played out with no concern at all from HR.
