Tons of Flexibility (depending on which department you're in). Work-Life Balance is great, because there isn't much to do due to the company having no clear direction and no internal alignment on anything. The only reason I gave 2 starts instead of 1 (I would go down to 1 if 0 was an option though)

No vision, no clearly defined value for the end customer. No clearly defined end-customer, for that matter. Obsession with the latest buzz-words with no follow-through. They want AI to replace everything, but the AI they announced still hasn't been built, meanwhile they laid off sooooooo many people! Complete disregard for actual people and what affects them as employees (Leadership seeming hasn't even heard the words "Change Management"). They think massive, constant layoffs over the past 4 years is not something that affects the rest of the workforce in any way.
