Hello, as a CEO I take this type of review very seriously and would like to help resolve your issues, Im unsure who you are and ive popped a note out to all our country managers, none are able to advise who you may be. Much of this content does not make any sense to our team and we dont operate a franchise model, please touchbase i would be happy to talk with you in person, all my team around the world have access to my mobile number, so pop me a message and lets talk!
Nothing, literally nothing good about this company.
Actually I met some great business owners, some I am friends with to this day, and I have used their businesses and services, but the company BBX itself, is not good at all.
Svantaggi
The boss would expect massive amounts of work and set ridiculously high expectations, and you would be paid in half BBX dollars and half in actual money. The salary was next to nothing. So you were expected to work for peanuts. And regardless, the boss would lose it at anything and everything. He drank alcohol in the office. He was rude and disrespectful, treating the staff like his personal assistants. Cheap and nasty, expecting that the business itself be provided with goods and services for BBX dollars from the clients. The business model just never worked. People felt that they couldn’t use the BBX dollars system and they felt that they were basically giving their goods and services away for free because other companies couldn’t accept it. It doesn’t work like a cash system because it doesn’t circulate like cash. You can’t pay your bills with BBX dollars.. you can’t buy groceries or feed your family with BBX dollars.. it’s much less preferred and relies on each and every member of the system being able to openly accept it. Some people just can’t, depending on their situation.
