If you're part of the popular kids group, you're golden. If you've matured beyond junior high school, you probably won't fit it. God help you. If you smoke, you will fit in. You will huddle outside in the beautiful inner garden and gossip - probably negatively about all your colleagues because you will be huddling with others who have minimal emotional intelligence and at some point in their lives, they felt belittled, or small - therefore, belittling others is an endorphin producing moment and yay for the chance to do that.
