None, highly disorganized and unstructured, people who work have every poor quality of work and knowledge unable to know even basic excel zoom functions but quick at taking credit and ideas; and present as their own. High-level of politics and gas lighting, manipulation. Policies are for name sake , in reality these are for manipulation. Most often managers have groups , take advantage and play politic games, if you have genuine issue they use it for their advantage.

Everything, just stay away from this org., people who worked here did nothin and took salaries and people who genuinely work are not appreciated. Managers are only good for being passive aggressive managers and micro-manage but nothing useful to contribute, there are managers who lacks basic awareness of how organization is setup and lacks basic analytical mindset but excel in favouritism.
