My direct supervisor is very nice and helpful. WFH policy Nice working env, co-workers are nice Accepting new ideas 無階級文化，most of the team heads are nice and even directors are nice

Starting layoff due to the business downsize Unfair layoff(some rubbish ppl still here Some of the supervisor like micromanaging and judge something small, but not all supervisors Still a bit tradition (eg: determine someone by ot hours)

1. wfh once per week 2. colleagues are nice 3. low workload 4. staff benefit ok 5. near mtr 6. free of using any kind of technology 7. flexible working hour

1. technology is very old 2. horrible management on development and testing, the method is not scientific and followed non of existing IT industry standard 3. minimal mentorship as senior are very busy 4. low salary 5. Need to stay for a while after working hour 6. lunch hour too short
