The firm is very busy and has great clients and interesting projects to work on; owners are nice people and are interested in clients' and employees' happiness; salaries are average to above-average for the A/E profession; average benefit package; lots of food perks and no shortage of snacks; energetic and friendly co-workers who like to hang out socially.
