      N/A - Job stability not guaranteed due to massive 3rd party sell-out especially for IT. Causing employees transfers to these 3rd party companies while other employees are being let go. Many transformational processes which are not good for smooth operations.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
