underpaid considerably for life sciences. embarassingly low equity. DEI hiring has gotten out of hand; need to wear a dress these days to get promoted; they do not hire based on merit and qualifications (per the job descriptions). And they keep laying off people and adding more projects... does that make sense? NO, IT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE!
