Leadership lacks accountability, direction, and empathy. HR protects management, not employees. Feedback and expectations change constantly, often with little transparency. There’s no real training or structure, employees are left to figure things out alone, and initiative is often punished rather than rewarded. Travel and workload expectations are excessive compared to compensation and resources. The culture is reactive, political, and emotionally draining.
