Ridiculous flexitime scheme which rewards those with children and those who are clock watchers,a total lack of flexibility on off site working, poor benefits, morale is on the floor and a super high turnover of staff. As an employee you are fairly anonymous, confrontational culture, this list goes on and a total lack of direction. In summary this a company just not geared up for success and everyone seems to hate each other.
