Management strongly favors women. That's only a con if you are male. Cant really complain about that too much with my white, male privilege.
Minimal promotion from within. They prefer outside talent to homegrown.
Inexperienced management.
They dont have the revenue to pay people close to their true worth.
No Room for growth. They will give you all the responsibility you want, but they wont pay you more for it.
