Values look really nice. Company matches donations some and supports time off for charitable work. Members tend to like the support of the BECU employees. Fraud support is very friendly towards the members. Use of Azure Devops was a great initiative and allowed for very positive reporting through dashboards and CI/CD allowed trending of changes and environmental health. Of course this was done by some amazing SDETs.

Changes in Leadership team seems to lack direction. Revamping organizational changes lack real evaluation of employee contributions and abilities. Lack of trust among employees towards executive level was a little hard to experience. Managers were not always good at understanding the work and efforts of employees, hence evaluations were usually middle of the road. Lack of cohesion between groups meant up to 2 years delays in appropriating environment needed for QA teams.
