The company is awesome, the idea is perfect and it will thrive for sure. I do believe that BEES will be the B2B leader for many years and they deserve it. The People team is very good and they make the environment more easy-going and always willing to hear the employees. I can't even explain how strong the AbInbev brand is, and BEES is following the path.

LEADERS...LEAD.....LE...They have bosses/fake directors, but not real leaders. Too many management instead of prioritizing what actually matters. You can easily become a Director (that one from movies, wearing an Airpod and a MacBook in the corridors, screaming and shouting at everyone but never facing the real world problems) but when it comes to focus on what really matters, there is the gap. I even heard from the VP one time that one of the strongest brands of the AbInbev company, AMBEV, could f* off because other partners would be more important. Biggest cons: too many amateur directors thinking they are bigger than the real company goals.
