it's a great place to gain operational skills if you plan on building a career in this field. training used to be very good. The old trainer lived and breathed BEP.

if you are the VP's friend you can do no wrong. managers and staff have substance abuse issues and everybody pretends that everything is OK. It used to be a good company to work for. Unfair practices have diminished this once flourishing company. They changed the recipes to reduce food cost (not very good anymore) they fired all the experienced cooks for lower paid ones, did the same with management.
