Work/ life balance, hybrid working

Poor seniors/ management always looking to pass the book to more junior members of staff when something goes wrong and rarely take responsibility for their own inaction or misjudgment, lack of progression, limited resources to work with, but somehow expected to find engineer availability out of thin air yet the company continues to take on more contracts they can't accommodate.

Nice offices Great people Excellent perks and benefits

Lack of progress and development for certain roles unless you’re of significant value to the business. The electrical division are a sickening, sycophantic sales engine who will sell their souls for a purchase order and do anything to win a new contract.
