      Good start up MSL role

      Don't completely trust leadership despite their sugar coated conversations. They may take the carpet off your feet anytime if their relationship with their client company wavers! I was given less than four days notice of termination with the company I was contracted with and BESTMSLs didn't have the courtesy to revert with reasonable reason for premature contract termination.

      Breaking in to the MSL role is hard, BESTMSLs can be solid first experience in medical affairs.

      Usually risky opportunities that can lead to quick layoffs. Not internal employee. Compensation package usually less than average.
