Client variety. Diverse group of trainees.

Clients are small. Most trainees will never see a full IFRS company at this firm. No tests of controls on audits. Sub standard training and exposure for aspirant CA's. Fewer than 10% of the trainees go on to qualify as a CA . The firm does not provide adequate study leave and support yet expects lot of uncompensated overtime. Failure rate of trainees across CTA, ITC and APC at this firm is HIGH. In fact, the last 2 APC candidates from this firm required 3 attempts to pass the APC exam and the same for the most recent ITC and CTA candidates.

Staff were overall pleasant enough.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Worst employer I have ever worked for. The partners don't care about their staff at all . You are monitored down to the minute and not appreciated at all. You get treated like crap and I even got sworn at.
