Terrible leadership, the management displays favoritism and unprofessional behavior regularly. Work environment can be pretty hostile as nobody their seems to know how to leave their personal lives at the door. My boss threatened to fire me a few weeks before Christmas. The company will give you holidays off by then forces you to make them up the following weekend.
