The place is literally run like a cult. Front office management lets seasoned employees get away with murder, while anyone who questions their high school clique style of operations gets immediately black balled and eventually bullied to the point of quitting. HR is a joke at BHFO, always siding with the seasoned employees which begs the question, who is really in charge at this place? Cattiness runs rampant, and I've never seen a company celebrate mediocrity as much as this one does. These folks got too big, too fast, on a concept that wasn't even original, or their own, and they don't have the skills to run a business properly, nor with the customer in mind. Not a place an employee can be proud about working at.
