1. Lack of focus in co-founders despite being so much capable on paper. Two co-founders are just dummy and have no say in decision making, also no ideas are welcomed leading to autonomy environment in the company. 2. CEO always tells investors in the call that he is acting in dummy for Workspace business but the truth is his entire bandwidth is used in workspace. He is a complete micromanager, wastes time in seating design, colour of walls, choosing tissues, plants etc. Also events and party organising in the workspace business is his favourite pass time. All the fintech decisions are driven by workspace needs and requirements. 3. A strictly non-inclusive workplace for women. Continual abuses in meetings and use of calumnious words in front of everyone is a daily culture of the company. 4. As an investment company it should be working on ethics and clear code of conduct. But all investments are in grey areas and no proper systems and processes are in place to safeguard the interests of the investors. Sales teams are targeted to lie and give false hopes to investors on the brand value of BHIVE.
