      All of the managers and administrative really care about the clients here. They have some of the more challenging clients I've worked with, but the way everyone on the teams cares for the clients is awesome! There are 3 different departments and different position types available where you can work a variety of hours that work for you. The managers in the field really work along side of you and the office staff are friendly if I have to go up there. If there is a question i have they are very easy to get a hold of respond, even when it's after hours. I love that there's the option for over time if I wanted and there's an opportunity to be trained at so many locations! They also offer good benefits and have positions that you can work your way up if that's what you want to do.

      There are times when other coworkers call off or are late which can be hard, but that's not really the managers fault. They have an on call scheduler you can notify right away, so they try to get you off work as quick as possible. They offer PTO, but sometimes it's hard if you're sick and trying to save for a vacation. I heard they are trying to work on this though since it's something everyone seems to complain about. Although sometimes it's hard working with parents and some clients, the managers and admin staff always try to make sure we feel appreciated which is nice.

From the communication with staff down to the benefits, we are constantly working to ensure our staff know how appreciated and valued they are, and how important their time is to us. As far as PTO, we are taking suggestions and listening to our staff, and this concern will be brought up with our upper management team when deciding on policy and procedure each year. We will continue to be transparent and open with our staff about any changes we make!

      Loved working with the population and there were some co-workers who were really invested in providing the utmost care.

      Not everyone has the same dedication or work ethic. It is not helped by low wages either, but this is a common issue in the field.
