While going through a lot of management changes throughout the past years, we are now on the right track. We have a very talented dynamic and diverse local team with accessible executives that encourage employee engagement. I'm looking forward to continuous growth and to be part of a team that is delivering life-saving technologies.

One area of improvement is inter-company communication.

Good people to work with but nothing else

Company is on its last legs and those legs are broken. There is no organized structure and they are losing clients. For this to be a company that manufactures medical devices, it does not have the structure or feel of a regulated environment. There are people who are in leadership roles that do not have an understanding on how a regulated medical device company operations and are running the organization as if it is unregulated. Anyone who has come from backgrounds with FDA regulated experience sees the disorganization and leaves. The company has been doing poorly for a few years now and it won’t get better anytime soon unless there is a full clean house of management and bring in people who understand how the medical industry works. Unrealistic deadlines to finish projects, do not have the necessary materials. Manufacturing does not always have to parts to build devices on-time. This organization is a train wreck financially and organization structure. It is sad because they keep saying they know they need to improve on the process but they never act on it. They have been saying this for a few years and nothing has changed. Good and talented employees are leaving. This company is a shell of a shell of itself. Anyone considering being employed here should look elsewhere. It does not seem things are going to get better. It just gets worse over the years. The employees that are left are uncertain about the future of the company. It is very sad to see. There is no room for advancement here. Turnover rate is very high. This won’t happen until the company is profitable again. The compensation and benefits are ok.
