I have been working as a Software Engineer Trainee here for the past 5 months, and my experience has been great. The seniors are incredibly supportive and patient—they don't just explain things once, but they actually notice if you haven't fully grasped a concept and will take the time to explain it until it's completely clear. The work culture is amazing, with a great balance like alternate Saturdays off and comfortable working hours. We get to work on cutting-edge, high-performance projects, which is fantastic for learning. Plus, the fun activities and team trips make the environment very engaging.

Nothing significant so far; it has been a highly positive learning experience.
