They waste their time watching movies, playing games, etc. Many students indulge in drinking alcohol, smoking, and other bad habits. Several students cheat in the exams. The management always sided with the students and blame the faculty. A few of the heads of the departments derive pleasure in harassing younger faculty members. They play a lot of politics. They expect you to work all the time and no personal time. Service rules are dependent on how favorable you are with the management.
