Favoritism and office politics seemed to play a significant role in how employees were treated. Working hours were long, often extending to 10-hour shifts, with a strong emphasis on extracting maximum productivity rather than maintaining a healthy work environment. Feedback from employees did not appear to be taken seriously, and interactions with senior leadership could feel intimidating rather than supportive. Overall, I found the culture to be stressful, overly controlling, and lacking in professional leadership and employee development.
