There are lots of different types of restaurants in the company, great benefits include 401K plan option, great health insurance (Aetna through Meritain) and dental benefits (provider unknown) option after your one year mark with the company. Note: money made depends on type of restaurant, their clientele, and location (and of course, your service/product knowledge/hustle). Another pro, they have Human Resources. Some restaurants in Esquared Hospitality pool tips, some don’t.

High busboy/bartender/food runner tip out of 60%. Note: otherwise they wouldn’t make any money.
