For a company that talks so much about CARE they certainly don't act like they do. So many people are quitting and they are not replaced. The few that stayed are getting drowed by everybody else's work and the company simply do not care. Nobody has any motivation anymore. Sometimes it takes 2-3 months for clients to get a reply because there is just not enough people. Concerns are passed onto management and are ignored. People are being forced to get back to he office while some are allowed to have a full time manager role from another country. Managers don't lead by example. There is no logic, no common sense, no care.

Treat employees as disposables. When people quit their responsibilities are just passed to somebody else instead of recruiting.
