      Thank you for your review! We're glad to hear that you have a healthy work-life balance and are enjoying the culture at BMC. Yes, the learning curve here can be steep - MSP work is very hands-on and provides the opportunity to be exposed to a variety of technologies! We're also in the business of customer service, so you need to be able to take in information quickly and have a natural sense for how to solve problems. It sounds as if this work environment is working for you!

      Wages, Hated when CEO used the "in line with market standards" as we lost good staff members for being too cheap. Hard to progress really unless you are first line support

The wages piece is tricky - true, we need to pay competitive salaries, but we're not trying to complete with the Amazons, Googles, and Microsofts of the world. One way of viewing wages is that they are one piece of the "value" pie we offer our people. Some of the others are recognition and appreciation, continuous learning, and a fun and inclusive culture. Thank you for giving us something to think about - attracting and retaining talent is important!
