Loosing customers right and left. SNOW is taking many long term Remedy customers each month. BMC still talking about how to put customer first, but not actually doing it. Most SaaS customers are on Force.com platform, which is not there own platform. Turnaround taking much longer than needed or expected. Slow to make decisions. Sales reps have not been paid commission in almost 6 months due to inability to figure out how to pay people. So draws have been given. This can only have a negative impact on sales moral and performance. There was good momentum coming out of sales kick off in Las Vegas this year but that has fallen flat. Management seems to be trying to hard to put a positive message on performance when all the workers know the truth about what is really going on.
