-Substantial improvement in leadership over the last year. -Culture is rapidly growing, and camaraderie is strong. -Benefits such as insurance, health, etc are solid, and overall commission structure is fair -Standard onboarding is sufficient.

Svantaggi

-Raises/promotions are few and far. -Higher qualified internal employees with superior product knowledge will struggle to keep pace with the 25-30% higher pay outside employees with 1/4 the knowledge typically receive. -Position specific onboarding is atrocious. Your best resources are your colleagues, who are typically very busy themselves. -Solution has the ability to complete anything thrown at it but customer demo environments, while slowly advancing, are a complete disaster which puts much strain on the SE's.

They hardly ever fire anyone. Comp plan is terrible. You get paid on Opportunities sources but there isn't any criteria written down on what makes a discovery call turn into an opportunity. Leading them to cherry-pick deals and choose if you get paid or not. They don't have product market fit. The entire new logo space didn't close anything last year. Getting placed in a good, high paying seat is all dependent upon nepotism. No clear path for growth. Constantly moving the goal post and changing promotion criteria. The promotion path leads you to a role that has historically not closed a deal and the role is a huge pay cut for some BDR's leading to high churn or career BDR's.
