There are good benefits, although other banks offer similar benefits with a higher pay. CSR jobs are readily available and easy to obtain.

In the economic climate that exists it was a job and nothing more. It was not personally satisfying, nor did I enjoy going to work. The area has old management styles that can be consider 'Mechanistic' ie, very ridged. There was little room for growth and promotions and raises were not fair. In 3 months I was making more then an employee who was in the same position as me and had been with the company for 20+ years. And yes that employee was more than competent.

Big corporation with good benefits.

Managers make too much on our backs. Managers get to have lot more flexibility and fun on corporate card. Growth is very stagnant. Some managers treat you like factory workers and won’t let you leave at 4:45ish
