4 day work from office even after being told while being hired that this would not happen and there would be flexibility. Lots of staff moved away from around the city going on this advice. New hires are poor at best, most seem to know it all before they come in and when trained don’t take anything in causing more work for experienced employees. Upper management only care about money and not their employees. Cork office closed with 200 jobs lost, mediation done but absolute waste of time. I feel sorry for those who now have to stay another year or two just so they can get their severence package and watch all their old colleagues leave. Hopefully there will be jobs left for them in the sector when the finish!

After the latest re-structuring and going agile, I don't find any. But before, a stable bank with a good book of work. Positive environment with support from your colleagues. Industry standard medical plan and vacations.

Bonuses and salary raises are hugely dependent on who you know in the senior management and how they perceive you rather than what you actually delivered.
