High quality talent and good people are being fired or leaving due to poor senior leadership. No career mobility or pathways to grow. Horrible communication between offices. Absolutely no formalized training or onboarding. Forced ranking system: managers have to hand out poor performance reviews based on bell curve regardless of high performers contributions. Very toxic declining environment.
