Mostly good people and very culturally diverse

Senior leadership keeps turning over which causes too much change in too short a time for adoption which then leads to things not being completed. Talent retention is not a priority even though they will tell you it is. Actions speak much louder as benefits continue to be cut each year and most every position above the individual contributor is filled from outside the company. The review process is forced rankings and compensation is only competitive when you first arrive, after that it's all down hill.

After the latest re-structuring and going agile, I don't find any. But before, a stable bank with a good book of work. Positive environment with support from your colleagues. Industry standard medical plan and vacations.

Bonuses and salary raises are hugely dependent on who you know in the senior management and how they perceive you rather than what you actually delivered.
