      Good benefits. Some people were excellent. Good work hours. Great location. Outstanding cafeteria.

      Very political. Watch your back. Poor people management. Punishing discipline for any deviation from strong conservative culture. Middle management leads by fear, and no appeal process - HR is a major part of the problem. Have seen several people quake in fear they might lose their job after being formally "talked to".
