Can be very easy to cruise along doing mediocre work as no one seems to care about anything..

No incentives for hard workers and high performers.. Bank supports bare minimum work quality and pays bare minimum compensation. While this works for generating earnings, it is encumbering for talented employees

After the latest re-structuring and going agile, I don't find any. But before, a stable bank with a good book of work. Positive environment with support from your colleagues. Industry standard medical plan and vacations.
