      BNY Mellon has been on a RIF/cost cutting and forced performance ranking for past 2 years under former CEO Scharf. many good people terminated throughout company. yet managers hired in NYC at higher salaries. Only hope is that new interim CEO realizes mistake and takes more measured approach
