The compensation is well under market rate. The bonus is a joke. It used to be a good place to work just because your job was almost "guaranteed" but now that they're now very actively outsourcing whole and parts of departments to cheaper cities in the US & overseas, there really is not much benefit to working here. The focus is ONLY on client service to the exclusion of the employee. If your job can be done cheaper anywhere else in the world, your time at this company is limited .
